Tierra Allen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a deep commitment to improving mental health and fostering positive change within our communities. She graduated with both her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) from North Carolina Central University, where she gained a solid foundation in understanding and addressing the unique needs of individuals and groups.

Tierra specializes in working with clients aged 12 and up, offering support to diverse populations facing a range of challenges. Her passion lies in empowering others to navigate their mental health journeys, advocating for lasting change, and creating a space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported in their pursuit of well-being.
